We will meet today for practice. If we are unable to swim due to weather we will discuss the meet tomorrow and answer any questions. Also, we will be handing out the event sheet so you will know what event your swimmer is registered for during the meet.
SUITS ARE IN!!! Please go by Montgomery Multisport to pick up your swim suit. Also, they have goggles and great endurance snacks for meets. Coach Troy's favorite is Honey Stinger Waffles!! Seriously, these waffles are goooooood!!!
